Payment by Klarna - What to do if you can't find an invoice? 💸📩

But what if you can't find your invoice or are unsure how to pay? Don't worry - we'll explain how the process works with Klarna and what you can do if you haven't received an invoice.
💡 Important: The invoice comes directly from Klarna
If you have ordered from us with Klarna, the entire payment process is handled by Klarna. This means that you do not have to transfer the amount directly to us, but simply follow the instructions in the Klarna email you receive after placing your order.
📩 Didn't find a Klarna email?
Sometimes the invoice is hidden - that can happen. If you can't find an email from Klarna:
Check your spam folder - occasionally emails end up there.
Search for “Klarna” in your inbox in case it has been overlooked.
Check whether you entered the correct email address when placing the order.
🤔 Still no invoice?
If you haven't received an email from Klarna, that's not a problem. In this case, Klarna customer service will help you quickly and easily. They can resend your invoice or give you information about the current payment status.
📆 By the way: you have time!
Klarna usually grants you a payment term of 14 or 30 days, depending on the payment method you choose. So you don't have to rush - just make sure you pay on time as soon as you receive the invoice.
