📦 Wrong delivery address - what to do?

Whether under stress or by mistake: Entering the wrong delivery address happens faster than you think. The good news is: In many cases, the mistake can be corrected in time - or at least mitigated. We show you what you can do if you have placed an order with the wrong address and how you can avoid such situations in the future.

⏱️ React quickly - the sooner the better!

As soon as you notice that you have entered an incorrect address (e.g. transposed digits in the house number, forgotten apartment number, old address), you should contact our customer service immediately. Use the contact form or our chat.

What information do we need from you?

📦 Order is already on its way - what now?

If the parcel has already been sent, changing the delivery address is more difficult, but not always impossible. Depending on the shipping service provider, you have the following options:

DHL: You can use the DHL app or website to request a redirection or pick-up at a DHL shop - but only if the parcel has not yet been loaded into the delivery vehicle.

❌ Parcel is returned - what happens now?

If your parcel could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will usually be returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, you will usually be informed automatically. You can then:

1. request a redelivery to the correct address. 

2. cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

✅ Check the address carefully - preferably before you complete the purchase

✅ Update the address book in the customer account - e.g. after moving

✅ Check the order confirmation directly

An incorrect delivery address is annoying - but not the end of the world. 🌎🥰
