A look behind the scenes at Plants are Purple 💜

Transparency, quality and sustainability - these are not just empty words for us at Plants are Purple, but the cornerstones of our philosophy. Time and again, we receive questions such as:

“Where do your products come from?” or “Is everything really produced in Germany?”

Today we give you a little insight into our production - and why “Made in Germany” means much more to us than just a label.

🇩🇪 100% production in Germany

Yes, all our products are manufactured exclusively in Germany - from the initial idea to the final bottled product. Why is this so important to us?

High quality standards: Strict regulations apply to cosmetic products in Germany - this guarantees safety and compatibility.

Short distances: By producing locally, we avoid long transportation routes and reduce CO₂ emissions.

Fair working conditions: We work with partners who share our values - socially, sustainably and ethically.

🌱 Sustainability starts at the source

We also focus on responsibility when selecting our ingredients:

Vegan & cruelty-free: all our products are vegan and certified by PETA.

Natural raw materials: We use plant-based oils, extracts and active ingredients that are particularly kind to the skin and the environment.

Resource-conserving production: Our manufactory works energy-efficiently and with as little packaging waste as possible - and: A tree is planted for every product sold. 🌳
