If your parcel is a long time coming: What you can do now 💌📦

We know how great the anticipation of an order can be - especially when you are eagerly waiting for something so exciting. We are very sorry if your parcel has not yet reached you. ❤️‍🩹

Why are there delays?

In rare cases, our shipping partner may experience unforeseen delays. This means that a parcel can remain in one place for up to 3-5 working days without any visible change in the shipment status. Such delays are frustrating - we absolutely understand.

What you can do now:

✨ Please keep an eye on your shipment progress in the coming days.

✨ If there are no changes to the shipment after 3-5 working days, please get in touch with us via our contact form.

Only after this period can we initiate an official investigation at the post office. This is important so that DHL has enough time to complete internal processes before we can intervene.

As soon as you let us know that the deadline has passed and your parcel has still not arrived, we will take care of everything else straight away. Together we will find a suitable solution - straightforward and personal.
