Why is my mystery gift missing?

In rare cases, the gift you are actually entitled to is not automatically transferred to the shopping cart. This may be due to technical reasons - and even if it doesn't happen often, it is of course particularly annoying when it happens to you.

As soon as you let us know that your gift is missing, we will take care of it immediately:

✨ You will receive your gift separately - at no extra cost.

✨ As soon as the parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number as usual so that you can track exactly when your gift arrives.
