Where has my favorite product gone? 🤔 - What you can do when something is sold out
You want to reorder your favorite product - and suddenly you can no longer find it in the store? 😞
That's why we'd like to explain why some products are temporarily or permanently unavailable - and how you can still stay up to date. 💜
Can't find the product? This may be the reason:
If you can no longer find a product on our website, there are two possibilities:
It has been permanently removed from the range.
In this case, it has been completely removed from the store and is currently no longer available.
It is currently sold out.
In this case, it will be marked as “sold out” in the store and you can sign up to be notified as soon as it is back in stock.
Why is my product sold out?
We know how much you love your favorite products - that's why they sometimes sell out faster than we can restock. 🥲
Behind every product is an elaborate development and manufacturing process. Our standards are extremely high, which is why every product undergoes extensive quality tests before it is available again.
What happens in the background? 🤔
Our product development team is constantly working on developing new, innovative products - but sometimes this also means that we have to say goodbye to existing products. ❤️🩹
Some classics later return in a revised form with a new formula or improved design - in line with the motto: better, more sustainable, more effective. 💫
